The value of dreamers is confirmed in this story of how the Great
Spirit comes to dream about the creation of the world and what it will
eventually become. Widi, who seems to be always daydreaming, also
comes to realize the value of dreams when all his time daydreaming
pays off when he thinks of a way to make a boat fly. The others laugh
at him, but Gwayum offers to help. Working together, they take a
length of fabric and attach it to a pole, which he puts in his tiny
boat. It is a sail, and sure enough, it makes the boat fly over the
water.
