Synopsis The howling of the wolves keep the people of the village awake at night, so they decide to chase the wolves away and burn their dens. During the hunt, Wina shows mercy to two wolves and they, in turn, take care of him when he falls in a river and becomes lost. The wolves ask Wina to tell the people that they howl in the night to tell the people of the village that all is well. Wina proclaims that from then on he and his family will be of the wolf clan, wear a symbol of the wolf, and build a totem to honour them and protect them.
