"These Secwépemc Plant Knowledge Cards highlight 41 plant
species found in Secwepemcúecw, the land of the Secwépemc people.
They are designed for Secwepemctsín language learners to learn the
pronunciation of these culturally significant plants, and so that
people living in Secwepemcúecw can learn about the deep history of
the land they are on. They show the ways Secwépemc people caretake
for, use, and process plants which have been culturally significant
since time immemorial, and remain so today"Container.

Each card contains a QR code to access the audio of the
plant's name in English and Secwepemctsin. This set also contains a
card with QR codes that link to six stories read by Kenthen Thomas.
"These cards were developed in collaboration with Secwépemc
community knowledge holders from Switzmalph (Neskonlith), Adams Lake,
and Splatsín communities; and in partnership with the Neskonlith
