| Synopsis
|
In this series hosted by an arts educator and a career education
professional, we meet an engaging group of professionals who
participate in a discussion about how the arts can be embedded in the
Career Clusters. The panelists talk about career prep, what they do,
and 21st century skills, including innovation, problem solving,
creativity, and critical thinking. Programs 16 feature South Carolina
artists with careers in forensic art, arts administration, interior
design, printing, art therapy, painting, landscape art, and graphic
art. Programs 711 feature professionals with careers in performing
arts areas, including a singer/conductor, theater manager,
choreographer, costume designer, TV host/producer, arts organization
leader, and a BMW designer. In this program, professionals advise
students about developing career plans and practical skills in the
performing and visual arts disciplines. Designed for middle and high
school students.
