|
This series of eight, 24-page softcover booklets takes an
in-depth look at the rich history and colourful heritage of
many of the cultures that make up the Canadian Mosaic.
Each title highlights the events, art forms, language, dress,
etc., of a specific cultural group, its traditional foods, recipes,
and special celebrations. May be used for individual student
research, large or small group presentations, or discussions.
The inclusion of hands-on activities, web sites, and further
readings are engaging.
